The 2027 C-HR is available in three grades, with front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive depending on the model. Its range reaches up to 496 kilometres with the front-wheel-drive SE.
An Electric Lineup Designed for Different Needs
The 2027 Toyota C-HR is offered with a 77 kWh battery and two electric powertrain configurations.
The front-wheel-drive SE produces 221 horsepower and offers an estimated range of up to 496 kilometres.
The all-wheel-drive models use two electric motors to produce a combined 338 horsepower. They can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.2 seconds and offer a range of up to 452 kilometres. The C-HR XSE Premium AWD, equipped with 20-inch wheels, offers a maximum range of 438 kilometres.
The C-HR is built on Toyota's e-TNGA platform. The battery is positioned low in the chassis to help lower the vehicle's centre of gravity and contribute to a stable, balanced driving experience. The suspension has also been specifically tuned for the C-HR to provide responsive handling and a comfortable ride.
More Flexible Charging Options
The 2027 C-HR is equipped with the North American Charging Standard (NACS), providing access to most compatible fast-charging stations across North America.
Under ideal conditions, DC fast charging can recharge the battery from 10% to 80% in approximately 30 minutes. The Plug & Charge system also simplifies the charging experience by automatically identifying the vehicle for billing.
Battery preconditioning helps maintain consistent charging performance, particularly in cold weather. CCS and J1772 charging adapters are also included, providing additional charging flexibility.
Modern and Distinctive Design
The 2027 Toyota C-HR stands out with its sporty silhouette, flowing lines and confident stance.
Depending on the grade, exterior features include model-specific alloy wheels, LED headlights and taillights, heated power-folding mirrors, rain-sensing windshield wipers and a sporty rear diffuser.
A variety of exterior colours are available, including a two-tone paint option on the XSE Premium.
A Comfortable and Versatile Interior
Inside, the 2027 C-HR offers a modern and comfortable environment with seating for up to five occupants.
Standard features include SofTex seating, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, dual-zone automatic climate control and 64-colour ambient lighting.
The C-HR also offers practical cargo space, with up to 720 litres behind the rear seats and up to 1,685 litres with the 60/40 split-folding rear seats folded flat.
Technology and Connectivity
Every 2027 C-HR comes standard with Toyota's multimedia system featuring a 14-inch display.
The system supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and provides access to Toyota services, including Safety Connect, Service Connect, Remote Connect and Drive Connect.
Two wireless smartphone charging stations, Smart Key with push-button start and a Digital Key are also included as standard equipment.
Toyota Safety Sense 3.0

The C-HR SE comes equipped with 18-inch alloy wheels, a six-speaker audio system, a 14-inch multimedia display, heated front seats, an eight-way power driver's seat, SofTex and fabric seating, a heated steering wheel with paddle shifters and roof rails.
This grade also includes front and rear parking assist with automatic braking.
C-HR XSE AWD
The C-HR XSE AWD adds all-wheel drive along with several additional features, including driver's seat memory, an eight-way power passenger seat, synthetic suede and SofTex seating, power-folding outside mirrors with reverse tilt-down function and a Panoramic View Monitor.
This grade also includes additional driver-assistance technologies such as Traffic Jam Assist, Lane Change Assist and Front Cross-Traffic Alert.
C-HR XSE Premium AWD
The C-HR XSE Premium AWD is the most extensively equipped model in the lineup. It adds 20-inch alloy wheels, a fixed panoramic glass roof, headlight cleaners, heated rear seats and a nine-speaker JBL audio system.
