- Cellphone app connection (Toyota Connect)
- Online advisor / Product advisor assistant
- Respond to and follow-up on online leads
- Assist product advisors with after-sales service
- Other related tasks

Key Requirement: Candidate must be perfectly bilingual (French/English).
